Child Nutrition Director Extra activities included farm to school program administrator giving presentation to 90 district food service personnel on farm to school, the importance of using whole, local and fresh and then 5 different groups made 5 recipes from locally grown produce and then did some major taste testing to focus on the ease of slicing and dicing and also the fantastic look and flavor of the foods that were prepared. |
